Rosemarie joined ICHEC in 2009 and is responsible for communication, dissemination and outreach for both the Centre and as part of ICHEC’s involvement in the Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe (PRACE). Computer simulation and HPC are now as integral to scientific research as theory and experimentation; the goal of ICHEC is to empower new and current HPC users of all levels across industry and academia and to reach out to the next generation and help develop ever-increasingly important technical computing and HPC skills.

Rosemarie graduated from University College London with an MSc in Biological Anthropology (Human Evolution and Behaviour) and holds a BA in Communications (Audio Visual Media). Prior to joining ICHEC, Rosemarie worked across the private and public sectors in administration and recruitment roles.
