1 Year PRACE Access Call

PRACE has announced the first access call with an allocation period of one year. Allocations will be for up to one year beinging on Nov 1st on the JUGENE Blue Gene/P system. JUGENE is Europe's fastest computer. The submission deadline is August 15th. For more details see: http://www.prace-project.eu/hpc-access  Previous access periods have been limited to 3 months. A continuous call for preparatory or development access is expected to open later in the summer.

ICHEC wishes to encourage Irish based researchers who are interested in applying to use PRACE facilities to contact us to discuss their application well in advance of the deadline.
