The Irish Centre for High-End Computing (ICHEC) is seeking a senior, experienced and distinguished individual to become the Director of the Centre. The appointee will be responsible for all aspects of the management, operation and development of the Centre and is required to have a background in high-end computation, extensive management experience and obvious leadership qualities, proven administrative ability and good communication skills, as well as an established scientific and computational reputation. Experience with European projects would be an advantage.
