Biography: Neil Costigan

Neil Costigan is a software engineer with over 15 years industry experience in internet security and cryptography. He is the former CTO for Celo Communications in Sweden and California. He then served as VP for R&D (banking/security) at Gemplus in France and is currently an IRCSET funded PhD candiate at Dublin City University under Prof. Michael Scott.
