Antonio graduated in Physics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In his final project he studied diffractive collisions produced in ALICE using Monte Carlo simulations. He obtained his MSc in Theoretical Physics with emphasis in quantum technologies, and his MSc final project dealt with quantum simulation of photons in electromagnetic cavities.

While working at the National Centre for Accelerators in Seville, Antonio contributed to the publication “IBIC analysis of SiC detectors developed for fusion applications”, led by M.C. Jiménez-Ramos and J. García López. Also, he participated in a meeting about control of solid state quantum systems with the aid of ion beams in Trieste.
