Adam is part of the analytics support group in ICHEC since he joined in September 2011. He also teaches R, basic and advanced programming.
Before coming to Ireland he worked as a system administrator and researcher in Virology at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. His DPhil was in X-ray crystallographic methods and was part of the CCP4 team which promotes and maintains protein crystallographic software.
Adam is a dying breed of Fortran coders but thankfully never had to use punch cards!
Interests
Adam is also member of Dun Laoghaire Choral Society and 5th Dan Black Aikido!
